About the event
A practical, one-hour live online workshop for small businesses
Unclear instructions, competing priorities, vague feedback and meetings without clear outcomes can make work harder than it needs to be.
This interactive workshop explores how everyday working practices can create barriers for neurodivergent people, and the practical changes you can make to help people do their best work.
Designed with smaller businesses in mind, the session focuses on changes you can make without a large training budget or a dedicated HR team. You can book an individual place and leave with ideas to apply in your own workplace.
What you’ll explore
Where everyday work creates barriers and how to recognise assumptions about people’s behaviour.
