Practical neuroinclusion for real workplaces

Neu Wave is a neurodivergent-led training and advisory partner. We blend lived autistic/ADHD experience with 25+ years of business and organisational expertise - delivering training that’s relatable, evidence-informed and rooted in the realities of modern workplaces.

Why neurodiversity matters

Many organisations want to support neurodivergent employees but managers often lack confidence, adjustments rely on disclosure, and good intentions don't always translate into action.

Neu Wave helps organisations build neuroinclusive practices into everyday work.

Our mission

To deliver practical, evidence-informed neurodiversity training and support that helps organisations embed lasting cultural change, and empowers individuals to feel seen, valued and able to thrive.

Hi, I'm Abby!

I help organisations build neuroinclusive workplaces that work in the real world.

As a late-diagnosed autistic ADHDer with more than 25 years' experience in HR, operations and leadership, I understand both the lived experience of neurodivergence and the realities organisations face every day.

Too often organisations stop at awareness.

Neu Wave helps turn awareness into practical action by building manager confidence, improving workplace design and reducing barriers before people need to ask for support.

Organisations work with Neu Wave because:

✔ Lived experience and organisational expertise

✔ Practical workplace solutions, not theory

✔ Manager confidence-building

✔ Evidence-informed and human-centred approaches

✔ A focus on sustainable cultural change

Thank you so much for a great session. The content was easy to understand, with clear explanations of neurodiversity terms. The practical tips that employees can apply to enhance the experience of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace, are invaluable.

Abby delivered an engaging workshop for Berkshire Growth Hub, making a complex topic accessible and practical. She created a safe space for discussion and encouraged lots of participation. Attendees left with a much clearer understanding of neurodiversity and practical ways to make their workplaces more inclusive.
