Hi, I'm Abby!

I'm a late-diagnosed autistic/ADHD woman with 25+ years of experience leading people, culture and organisational change.

I’ve spent my career inside businesses, shaping HR, wellbeing and inclusion practices. Along the way, I often felt like I didn’t quite fit — masking, pushing through burnout and wondering why work felt harder than it seemed for others.

My diagnosis gave me clarity and a mission: to help workplaces understand and support neurodivergent people, so everyone can thrive.

At Neu Wave, I blend lived insight with real-world business expertise to deliver neurodiversity training that is:

  • Practical: real adjustments that make a real difference

  • Human: grounded in personal experience and empathy

  • Evidence-informed: aligned with good practice, not stereotypes

  • Collaborative: culture shifts when we work together

I speak “business” - not just “neurodiversity” helping leaders and teams embed meaningful change that unlocks strengths and supports wellbeing.
